We are all recovering from something, and you don’t have to recover alone.

SHE RECOVERS is a non-profit movement dedicated to redefining recovery, inspiring hope, ending stigma, and empowering women in or seeking recovery to increase their recovery capital, heal themselves, and help other women to do the same.

Connect. Support. Empower.

We support recovering women as they heal from a myriad of life challenges, including mental health issues, trauma, and substance use. Our inclusive community ethos shapes everything we do, along with our trauma-informed Intentions & Guiding Principles.
