Art & Aliveness: Tapping into the Creative Source with Adriana Marchione | A #MentalHealthMonday Recovery Education Session

In this session of #MentalHealthMonday, we will look at embracing the natural high that comes with tapping into our creativity. Join award-winning documentary filmmaker, expressive arts therapist, and somatic movement educator Adriana Marchione as she shows us how she supports recovering individuals through the creative process of art-making. She will illustrate how using artful tools can improve our mental health by allowing us to tap into our intuition, work through our trauma, and find happiness along the way.

Adriana will guide us to:
  • Identify creative gateways that can give life to our dreams & desires
  • Engage in imaginative artistic activities to connect to our most authentic selves
  • Explore how intentional & structured artistic practices can bring joy, healing & purpose to our lives
  • Learn about the benefits of art in recovery and how it enhances the way we see beauty in the world
  • Discover how to move from isolation to connection through the power of creative community
Join us LIVE for a Q & A session following the presentation.
