Regina has over 28 years of experience in the taxation of IRC section 501(c) organizations. Regina is considered a subject matter expert in analyzing complex non-profit transactions. She is skilled in the nuances of tax accounting and IRS regulations pertaining to private and public foundations, healthcare, higher education, business leagues, and social welfare organizations. She oversees tax compliance and advises on issues impacting non-profit organizations such as complex structures, investing in partnerships and LLCs, expenditure responsibility, OMB regulations, improving internal controls, risk management, developing policies and procedures, and operating internationally.
