Sarah Simon RYT200, SRYT

My passion lies in teaching restorative yoga and self-care rituals to those experiencing pain and discomfort – both physical and/or emotional. Teaching people to calm their nervous system so that their body and mind can heal has been the most rewarding and fulfilling aspect of my teaching career. I am true to the eight limbs of yoga as it has been a pillar in my recovery from substance use disorder, chronic pain and generalized anxiety disorder.

I am a certified member of Yoga Alliance (RYT200) and have logged 700+ hours of studio teaching time.

When I’m not on my yoga mat, you can find me digging in my garden, reading an inspiring book, cooking up tasty concoctions in the kitchen, traveling and spending quality time with my people.
