After years of suffering in silence with the way I looked and felt, years of drinking I found a solution and that solution was to stop drinking and hating myself and find love.
I’ve been sober for over 7 years, I’ve helped dozens of others get and stay sober and enjoy their lives without drugs or alcohol. It starts at one day but we all start there and you don’t have to do it alone.

Hello, I’m Ellen Archer, a Mind-Body Recovery Coach and author of the book Stay Sober and Save the World the Cave Woman Way.
My primary focus is on those who are introverted, intuitive and/or ADHD. I call us High Perceivers.
I look at ADHD as a set of skills that were vital to our ancient communities. My ADHD diagnosis was a turning point in my life and recovery. I dropped a lot of shame and anxiety when I realized my unique skills were designed to provide insights and ideas on how to move forward with enthusiasm. I’d love that for you as well.
There is so much we aren’t taught about our emotions, survival system, brains, and bodies. Understanding how to work with all the parts of ourselves helps us listen and trust our inner wisdom more.

My name is Mitzi. I am a person in long term recovery. College in the late 70’s demonstrated my HIGH tolerance for alcohol but I still graduated with honors. My career as a nurse then exposed me to the role of being a “narcotic bartender”. One “taste of the waste” was all it took. I slid down an icy slope of temptation at work every day. I quit my dream job and moved back to my hometown – to no avail.
My primary message, despite ANY circumstances is there is HOPE. Maintaining a strong connection to recovery peers since 1982 has resulted in a life and career beyond belief. In 2022 I was named the Distinguished Professor of the Year at a private faith-based university that knows my past. I support any pathway that works for YOU. Let’s talk!

I spent a decade as a stay-at-home mom to my two kids before becoming a coach. Enabled by wine mom culture, I floundered in the fog of gray area drinking until 2018, when I posted anonymously on social media asking for help and support. My journey taught me the importance of connection and accountability – and that is exactly what I provide to my clients. I work with gray area and heavy drinkers who are ready to change their habits; as well as women who are braving life transitions out of early motherhood, into empty nesting, or through shifting careers. Through 1:1 coaching and my 31-day Booze Break program, I empower my clients to rediscover self-trust, dismantle perfectionism, and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.

I am a Certified Life and Recovery coach, Registered Nurse and Trained Tobacco Cessation Specialist in recovery from alcohol use disorder. I write kooky books. Create semi-creepy art. Spend way too much money on dog toys and crystals. Laugh so loud it makes people turn and stare. And I’ve never been happier in my life.
I didn’t get drunk, get stalked, get homeless and then get sober, entrepreneurial, and spiritual just to sit around playing the Scrabble app (although I do that on weekends).
I’m here to help other people fall in love with themselves. To rejoice in their lives. To break out of their self-made cocoons. To discover and live in their purpose.
This life is mine and I’ve claimed it. How long before you claim yours, too?
Check out award-winning writer Ryn’s latest book: “How to Get Through Hell on Earth Without Drinking a Keg or Kicking a Garden Gnome.”

I am a woman in long-term recovery from alcohol, and I also have a journey as a family member of a loved one struggling with SUD and a mental health condition. I coach families on how to practice self-care, get support, set boundaries and to re-connect with their loved one in a healthy way. As a recovery coach, I support all pathways to recovery, and I focus on helping women craft their own recovery practice, one that nurtures and helps them explore, grow, and transform in their own unique way.

And no fun for your inner badass! Go upstream to the beliefs that create your desire for self-destructive coping mechanisms. Learn how to manage your emotions (instead of trying to control your behavior) so that you STOP WANTING to drink and FALL IN LOVE with the alcohol-free version of yourself.

I am a 60+ woman who found recovery from alcohol abuse at the age of 53 in 2013, when I woke up one morning in a blackout haze with bruises on my body from a fall that I didn’t remember. I became a She Recovers Coach in early 2020 so that I could host in-person Sharing Circles in Los Angeles, CA where I reside. When the pandemic hit in March 2020 and She Recovers zoom gatherings started, I started to volunteer host on a regular basis. In 2023 I was able to facilitate the first ever in-person Sharing Circle in Los Angeles. By profession, I am a substitute preschool teacher. I’ve been married since 1987 to the same man, have 2 grown children, and a pup. I don’t coach professionally, but make myself available to women struggling.

Once I achieved sobriety, it became clear to me that it was just the first step of my journey. After I had some clarity, I realized that I had a life long struggle with disordered eating, poor body image, low self-esteem and co-dependancy. I began using food addictively and using “busy” as a distraction. Having recovered outside of the 12 step program I wished to create a unique pathway to recovery. I became certified in life, recovery and food addiction coaching. If this sounds like you, I can help. Using science based and holistic techniques, I can help you recover by aligning with who really are, gain confidence, prioritize self-care and reconnect with joy, to lead you to a life of freedom from substance, food and behavior.

I coach women and non-binary folks, helping my clients imagine and create freedom from alcohol, anxiety, and related challenges. I know those beasts oh so well, and I absolutely delight in helping my clients find freedom from them, too. When I quit drinking in 2019, I became able to face my anxiety, and keep a comfortable relationship with it. About two years later, in 2021, I became a coach and established my practice. A long-time participant in the Burning Man community, I chose “Wildcat Recovery Coaching” as namesake to my playa name, Wildcat. I also offer career development support, repurposing experience from my nearly 18-year-long career in corporate consulting. You can design your own life too; I will meet you wherever you are today.

My name is Dara Meyer and I am a woman in long-term recovery which means I have not had a drink or drug since January 2nd, 2011. I am been an event producer for over 25 years. I worked for The National Football League, MTV and Billboard to name a few. I got involved in the recovery world in 2015 when I was asked to help produce UNITE To Face Addiction. This event was to bring together 25,000 at The National Mall in Washington D. C. to show we are people in recovery who do not believe in stigma and shame.
I was fortunately introduced to SHE RECOVERS after that event and realized there was an entire community of women who wanted to become their best selves and I have been involved ever since. I feel blessed to be a recovery coach.

My clients are also women who simply want to move forward into their most fulfilling lives whether or not addiction is a part of their story. As Dawn Nickel, SHE RECOVERS co-founder always says “We are all in recovery from something”.
I’ve created an amazing program for us to follow in our work together. This means our time together always has purpose and direction, while still empowering you to be the expert in your own life and leading the way home.

“Everyone is recovering from something!” For me it was grey-area drinking back in November 2016. Once I removed the alcohol, I was able to uncover the “why” I was drinking. I have discovered I am in recovery from childhood trauma, religious trauma, narcissistic abuse, codependency, divorce, nurse burnout, parenting special needs children and fallout from being a highly sensitive person (HSP). I was looking outside of myself this whole time when the answers were inside all along (think Dorothy from Wizard of Oz). My holistic nursing lens has helped me design a patchwork recovery that is unstoppable!
I have accessed my higher self and help others do the same. You are so worthy!

Hi, I’m Sara…a recovering people pleaser, workaholic and perfectionist. I found yoga, mindfulness and mediation while I was battling with Post Partum Depression and Grief. I promised, as I learned these tools in my own recovery, I would learn how to share with other women. In 2019, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy and earned additional certifications in grief yoga and leading women’s circles. I am a certified Trauma Informed SHE RECOVERS® Yoga Teacher. I am currently working towards my coaching certification through the Holistic Coaching Institute and International Coaching Federation.

Pamela Rueda Devenport CPRC, CPC, SRCD
I’m a certified recovery coach and life coach who can walk with you on your journey of recovery. But it’s not just my certifications that make me helpful – it’s my street cred; I am personally in recovery from alcohol addiction (since 2009), PTSD and codependency. This gives me the unique perspective to support you as a coach – but to do this journey through the lens of the “thinking” behind the addiction. I’ve been where you are. I know the way out.
I believe “just being sober” is not enough. Sobriety is the beginning of a much deeper revolution – a journey to birth your “inner badass” and transform your world completely, from the inside out.

My recovery began when I entered the rooms of an anonymous program in 1989 to overcome codependent behavior, disordered eating, and an addiction to drugs and alcohol. I utilized multiple pathways of recovery. Although I stopped the drug usage, I continued to experiment with the progression of my alcohol use until 2005.

Having spent more than 12 years self-medicating a back injury — first with pills and then with alcohol — Laura knows first-hand the havoc addiction can wreak on a woman and her family. She also knows how recovery can completely transform her and so many others around her. Reminded that we only get this one life, she gave herself permission to change.
Alcohol free since February 4, 2015, Laura now helps others find themselves again — UNCOVER their fears and doubts and identify what blocks them from living their best lives, DISCOVER their authentic selves and embrace what brings them joy, peace, and purpose, and RECOVER their lives and harness power to nourish their minds, bodies, and spirits.
Is it time to take back your power?

Catalina Zuleta CPRC, SRCD, GAD coach
I’m a Colombia-based fully bilingual (English & Spanish) Certified Professional Recovery Coach. I work with people around the world who are in the gray area of drinking. You can think of me as your co-explorer in the journey of redefining your relationship with alcohol on your own terms. I don’t believe in labels or telling people they have an incurable disease. Instead, I believe in the power of compassionate self-inquiry and curiosity as catalysts for lasting change. In 2020 I created Ni tan anónima (“Not so anonymous” in English), an initiative aimed at dispelling harmful narratives around alcohol and questioning its ubiquity both in our personal and social lives.
