Lynn Galliano MA, BCBA, CMT, SRPD, RMT

Participation in a community, such as She Recovers Foundation, is the first step for successful recovery.
Once you find your tribe, having a mentor to guide you in self-restoration will have lasting benefit. The way that we will work together over 4 sessions is to sort out what behaviors you already engage in which bring you closer to who/what you love, and those behaviors or beliefs that pull you away. We’ll gently question the truth to those beliefs and reinforce the behavior that brings you true happiness. Using mindfulness, applied behavior analysis & guided meditations (personalized with your own private You Tube link to keep), you will gain tools that can be used to carry you across moments of hardship, with love and self-compassion.

Sarah Simon RYT200, SRYT

My passion lies in teaching restorative yoga and self-care rituals to those experiencing pain and discomfort – both physical and/or emotional. Teaching people to calm their nervous system so that their body and mind can heal has been the most rewarding and fulfilling aspect of my teaching career. I am true to the eight limbs of yoga as it has been a pillar in my recovery from substance use disorder, chronic pain and generalized anxiety disorder.

I am a certified member of Yoga Alliance (RYT200) and have logged 700+ hours of studio teaching time.

When I’m not on my yoga mat, you can find me digging in my garden, reading an inspiring book, cooking up tasty concoctions in the kitchen, traveling and spending quality time with my people.
