Tanya Ouhrabka CPC, CPRC, SRCD

Location: Barrington, Rhode Island, United States

I am a Life Coach for all women. My mission is for women of any age and stage to realize their inner power, and to reclaim it. As the result of being the child of two parents with Alcohol Use Disorder, I have journeyed through CPTSD, Co-Dependency, Body Shame, Eating Disorders, and Alcohol Use Disorder. In 2010 I became sober. Today I get to help women find themselves, reconnect to the parts of themselves that they lost along the way due to societal conditioning and environmental circumstances, and to live the life they were meant for. I coach using Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction tools, as well as Inner Child healing work. Every life is a life worthy of peace, passion, purpose, and joy.

Alison Evans SRCD

Location: Sacramento, California, United States

My passion to help women build strength – inside and out – began when I ended my relationship with alcohol in January 2017. Right away I leaned into a fitness routine to not only help me stay sober, but to improve my mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. As my passion for fitness grew, I left my career as a high school counselor and returned to school to earn a Masters’ degree in Exercise Science. I also became a Certified Personal Trainer and Professional Life and Recovery Coach. Since then, I joyfully support sober or sober curious women all over the globe to create a healthier lifestyle, reduce perfectionism, and find balance. I especially love working with other mothers and women in military families.

Catalina Zuleta CPRC, SRCD, GAD coach

Location: Bogota, Bogota D.C., Colombia

I’m a Colombia-based fully bilingual (English & Spanish) Certified Professional Recovery Coach. I work with people around the world who are in the gray area of drinking. You can think of me as your co-explorer in the journey of redefining your relationship with alcohol on your own terms. I don’t believe in labels or telling people they have an incurable disease. Instead, I believe in the power of compassionate self-inquiry and curiosity as catalysts for lasting change. In 2020 I created Ni tan anónima (“Not so anonymous” in English), an initiative aimed at dispelling harmful narratives around alcohol and questioning its ubiquity both in our personal and social lives.
