Midlife Alchemy with Kate Baily: Mental Health Monday

Midlife Alchemy: Holistic Health & Sobriety
A #MentalHealthMonday Recovery Education Session
with Kate Baily

Monday, August 25, 2025 @ 11 AM PT

In this next session of #MentalHealthMonday, we will explore how choosing sobriety can have a profound impact on our holistic health and a powerful opportunity to gather much-needed tools for the midlife rite of passage. As our hormones, bodies, and health markers shift, we require new conversations and different assistance. By establishing new support systems during this time of transition, we can embrace this next life stage with clarity, purpose, and power.

Join coach and educator Kate Baily as she discusses the Midlife Alchemy framework of rest, release, regulate, reclaim, ritualize, and rise, which integrates science, psychology, and holistic practice to help women navigate this transformative phase.

During this #MentalHealthMonday, Kate will guide participants to:

  • Understand the impact of alcohol on midlife health, including the role of the liver in metabolising oestrogen, and the relationship between stress, cortisol, and wellbeing.
  • Explore the psycho-spiritual dimension of midlife as a rite of passage, and how sobriety creates space for growth, clarity, and deeper self-connection.
  • Learn practical somatic and practical tools to reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate resilience.
  • Reflect on rest, energy, and self-care as the new foundations of health in perimenopause and beyond.
  • Gain insight into the Midlife Alchemy framework as a pathway to transformation — where holistic health and sober living intersect with personal empowerment and legacy.

Join us LIVE for a Q & A session following the presentation.
