Take the challenge!

Move. Donate. Celebrate Recovery.

We know that trauma lives in our tissues and the body has its own story to tell. In order to heal, one of the most powerful things we can do is move. Movement is a unique and empowering experience. You can make it your own. And that’s why it’s such an important tool of recovery.

Movement truly equals medicine and we want everyone to know it! Join us as we engage in our Movement = Medicine event which raises critical funds for women in recovery, while also displaying the importance of incorporating our bodies in movement. We live in a world where only 10 percent of the 20.4 million people living with a substance use disorder receive treatment. Additionally, 1 in 5 women is living with a mental health issue such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or a substance use disorder.

The greatest barriers to recovery for women include stigma and lack of accessible recovery support. We want to smash stigma and make change for recovering women and non-binary individuals everywhere by making recovery more accessible—and we need your help.

Will you join us by creating a team, hosting a Movement = Medicine event, or donating starting September 1? We are grateful for the hope and resources you can contribute to this important cause!
