Retreat Payment/Cancellation Policy:
Final payment for your retreat spot will be invoiced 90 days in advance of the retreat and must paid within 30 days.
Retreat deposits and final payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
Your booking and payment of the retreat deposit indicates your acceptance of the policies below.
If you cancel your retreat spot, SRF does not offer refunds for any reason. However, depending upon when you cancel, a portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within the same or the following calendar year of your original retreat date.
In case of cancellation, the following penalty fees will apply:
- If you cancel 60 days or more before your retreat start date, 75% of your deposit may be applied to a future SRF Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of your deposit.
- If you cancel 31 – 59 days before your retreat start date, 50% of your retreat payment to date may be applied to a future SRF Retreat. You will forfeit 50% of your retreat payment to date.
- If you cancel 30 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire retreat payment.
If you intend to cancel, you must provide written notice of your request via email to programs@sherecovers.org
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.
