Craft Your Story

Need a little spark of inspiration? Consider the following:

  • What are you recovering from?
  • What does being in recovery mean to you?
  • What does “redefining recovery” mean to you?
  • What resources or support helped you to find recovery and thrive?
  • What connections or growth have you experienced as a result of being in recovery and a part of the SHE RECOVERS community?
  • What was the turning point that led you to begin your recovery journey?
  • How has your understanding of recovery evolved?
  • What does a “day in the life” look like for you now?
  • How do you practice self-compassion when recovery feels hard?
  • What is one thing you wish other women who may be struggling and/or their loved ones knew about SHE RECOVERS and the recovery movement?

If your piece is selected for publication. We only accept unpublished work, with rare exceptions.
