What is one piece of advice you would give to another woman/non-binary individual who is seeking a community like SHE RECOVERS?
Just keep showing up, even when it’s uncomfortable, even when your mind is telling you that you don’t belong, even when you’re afraid. Take care of yourself and allow yourself to go at your own pace. You’re allowed to feel peace, serenity, and joy.
