Sex in Recovery with Dufflyn Lammers
In this Valentine’s Day session, relationship coach Dufflyn Lammers will cover all things sex in recovery! She will answer the questions, “What is sex?” and “How might sex be different in recovery? She will also teach about body positivity, attachment styles, addictions, and getting what you need before, during and after sex.
During this engaging session of #MentalHealthMonday Dufflyn will help us learn:
- How to define sex in recovery
- About healthy attachment styles
- How to make sex a positive experience
ABOUT DUFFLYN
Dufflyn Lammers is a Relationship & Recovery Coach, Writer and Speaker. She works with women who are struggling with fears of abandonment and/or fears of intimacy. She empowers her clients to embrace self-responsibility, clarity, and the security of abundance. Her approach is client-led and non-judgemental. She combines her training in Tantra, Attachment Repair and Recovery Coaching to teach essential skills that move clients toward healthy relationships with themselves and others. She lives in Paris, France and works remotely with clients all over the globe.
She has published in outlets as varied as The L.A Times, and Iowa Woman. Her essay “Tinder in Paris” won a Silver Medal in the Love Story category for the Twelfth Annual Solas Awards, 2018. Lammers co-edited the spoken word anthology Chorus with Saul Williams, 2014 (Simon & Schuster). Lammers has appeared on RUSSELL SIMMONS DEF POETRY JAM (HBO), and her one woman show DISCOVERED was a 2017 Duende Distinction Award nominee in its debut at the Hollywood Fringe Festival. She is now at work on a memoir.
