Releasing the Chains that Bind You: Unlocking the Mystery of Why We Do What We in Relationships with Rosemary O’Connor

With over twenty-two years of personal recovery and professional expertise, Rosemary has studied the single most important factor that holds back mothers and fathers from having great relationships with their kids, CEO’s from helping their company thrive, partners from having greater intimacy, and a critical reason people with substance use disorders return to use. It’s the same reason for every single one. It’s the fact that the most important skill on the planet is the ability to build great relationships and have healthy communication with the people in their life.

During this engaging session of #MentalHealthMonday Rosemary will help us learn:

  • Why people do what they do in relationships?
  • How individual history may harm relationships.
  • Uncover tools to improve relationships with others.
  • Understanding the importance of boundaries and communication skills.
